Online booking is for two types of visits:

10-minute appointments

For one medical issue only that can be safely addressed in a short visit.

Same-day appointments (available from midnight on the same day)

For urgent or time-sensitive medical issues that need to be seen today.
 

When to call instead:

 

Please call the clinic if you need:

 

• Driver’s medicals

• PAP tests

• WCB or ICBC claims

• Forms or paperwork

• Mental health visits

These visits require an extended appointment so we can give you the time you need.
